The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Data Solutions Enterprise Data Tribe, the Product Manager Associate Director will be responsible for the product roadmap and accountable for the product's achievement of its business objectives, including overseeing the product and its related documentation during its overall product lifecycle. The Enterprise Data Tribe creates reusable, enterprise-ready data capabilities for the organization, including capabilities such as data integration, data quality, data controls and reporting and analytics. In addition, the Product Manager Associate Director will support the leadership team in establishing, maturing, and scaling enterprise scale data capabilities, as well as driving the implementation of industry-leading data practices.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead data-driven initiatives with a strong understanding of the data journey of an organization
  • Complete the Product Vision and effectively translate into Product Roadmap
  • Refine and clearly document scope of product deliverables
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise, high-quality presentations to partners and leadership that provide the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience, and scope of the delivery
  • Independently lead multiple capabilities' functional and business outcomes
  • Produce training materials and product documentation / slides to illustrate the value
  • Discover, define, and guide one or more products throughout the entire product lifecycle from concept to market delivery and sustainability
  • Partner with and lead strong subject matter experts with a diverse group of backgrounds and abilities
  • Work with Product Owner and Application Development to further refine requirements that have been captured and ensures stories meets the definition of done
  • Prioritize delivery and can achieve agreement with Business and Technology
  • Actively engage with domain experts across various business divisions to understand and document business requirements for data capabilities
  • Develop functional business requirements in collaboration with business divisions, corporate functions, and operations
  • Collaborate to elicit business requirements, develop, and document project plans, and identify resource requirements
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to improve value delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to deliver customer value and achieve business outcomes
  • Analyze the current state of data capability integrations and functions to define future state modernization or enhanced business processes

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience


Talents Needed for Success:
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, collaborative, and strategic leadership skills with a proven track record to lead, engage, and inspire teams
  • Exhibit strong understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum and Kanban) principles and techniques
  • Experience with data capabilities such as data management, data integration, data analytics, and data quality highly preferred
  • Proven ability leading and influencing cross-functional teams and managing relationships with partners at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
