The impact you will have in this role:
Being a member of the Payroll Team, the Associate will support the overall corporate payroll functions including payroll processing, multi-state payroll tax administration, garnishment administration, reviewing and revising policies/procedures, and ad hoc reporting. In addition, the Payroll Associate will maintain necessary vendor relationships and ensure payroll tax payments are submitted in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the bi-weekly payroll processing, accounting, analysis and reporting in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Ensure accurate and timely payment and reporting compensation payable to employees, creating payroll and tax funding memo wire requests
- Ensure payroll tax reporting and remittances are submitted timely and in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local tax laws
- Support internal and external audit requests
- Collaborate with various internal departments including Accounting/Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Employer Relations and Treasury
- Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- FPC or CPP preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle HCM or a cloud based Payroll system preferred
- Experience with ADP's SmartCompliance system preferred
