The impact you will have in this role:

Being a member of the Identity and Access Management team, you will help create and implement the functional and technical design of business systems; integration of business services & information security; driving industry-specific best practices & standards; understanding regulatory compliance needs; coordinating test planning & execution; providing support to AD teams and acting as technology liaison to all IT areas within DTCC, to the business partners, and to the industry.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for tactical and strategic issues related to the assigned multi-domain IAM technologies like CyberArk, Certificate Management (PKI), Secrets Management, Access recertification etc.
  • Engage on IAM security monitoring by responding to alerts/ notifications across IAM capabilities. Engage on Level 2 activities by working on Requests & Incidents across multiple technologies under Identify Access Management. Engage on Level 3 activities like implementing change requests, exploring advancements and new functionalities, cross skill training on the new technologies, documentation of all operational activities.
  • Work closely with Engineering Team and Automation team to find opportunities for automation eliminating manual, mundane activities and improving AI/ML capabilities cross the technology stack.
  • Solve complex account issues with in multi-directory enterprise solution, Log investigations, vendor critical issue, process change development, incident and problem management, change management, Supply work estimates for tasks.
  • Responsible for IAM Operational activities such as disaster recovery/resiliency exercises, audit prep & assessments, Major Incident Management calls and ensure business as usual activities are completed accurately. Willing to support On Call rotation and provide weekend support.
  • Focus on industry practices such as lose coupling of applications, standardization, APIs, reusability, concepts of isolation, extensibility, extendibility and consistency of solutions while proposing and reviewing architectures.
  • Willing to learn & support multiple technologies in IAM operations as part of Tech Ops team.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 2 years specializing in Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field and/or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Familiarity with various IAM platforms and technologies (e.g., CyberArk).
  • Experience with identity governance and administration (IGA) tools. Proficiency in directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.).
  • Identity & Access Governance knowledge including Role based access control, access requests and certification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key partners.
  • Knowledge in infrastructure technologies such as UNIX, Windows, Active Directory, LDAP, and load balancers. Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL queries
