The Impact you will have in this role:
Being a part of the Human Resources Technology team, the Senior Associate is responsible for analyzing and providing HR technology and process solutions to solve business challenges, this includes functional and technical support of the Company's existing and future HR Technology portfolio and the review, selection, design and implementation of new software solutions. This position will lead efforts to gather detailed requirements, compile business and functional design documents, configure the system, complete test plans, and lead user acceptance testing and end user training. Additionally, this position will be a key point of contact to other areas of HR and the business in developing complex reports and supporting downstream business processes and systems. The HR Technology Senior Associate will be central to driving the on-going transformation of the HR technology environment, through recommending and developing innovative solutions, ensuring tools and processes continuously meet evolving business needs.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Technology implementations and projects to include development of detailed functional design documents, participating in the configuration of applications to meet business requirements, develop test plans and scripts, and conducting User Acceptance testing
- Identify innovations and efficiencies through new technology and automation in the areas of business processes, integrations, data, and new system identification/implementation
- Provide proactive consultation to HR Technology clients, ensure business needs are being met and system capabilities are being used to their fullest
- Support end-users across the business with navigating system functionality and features, researching and resolving system errors and designing and delivering end-user training
- Actively lead the ongoing maintenance of the HR technology portfolio ensuring ongoing integrity of data through process review, security administration and audit and ensuring new features/functionality are identified, reviewed and implemented (as applicable)
- Serve as a HR Technology domain expert in various projects, both HR Technology based and multi-functional, including integration of employee data, process or functional audits, identification of system requirements and determining areas of continued improvement/efficiency through consultation with clients
- Configure the system as needed to meet business requirements and recommend additional enhancements/improvements
- Lead complex projects by driving activities such as business requirements gathering, business process mapping and analysis, system configuration, user acceptance testing and end-user support
- Function as HR Technology subject matter expert for any system, process or functional audits
- Provide analytical support on ad-hoc projects, requests and reporting.
- Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; raises appropriately

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
Talents Needed for Success:
- Minimum of 6-10 experience in HR technology or HR technology related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise level HR, Payroll and Reporting systems, with preference for experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
- Significant experience working and presenting information to senior leadership through business users at all levels and in all areas of the business
- Advanced Excel skills including v-lookup, pivot tables, charts, graphing and macros
