The Impact you will have in this role:
As a member of the Governance and Reporting Team, the Senior Associate will lead high-impact projects within Enterprise Services, leveraging data analysis to deliver strategic insights and informed recommendations. The Enterprise Services Governance and Reporting Team is responsible for comprehensive strategic metrics reporting, enhanced risk management, and portfolio reporting capabilities.
A core focus is analyzing data inputs and outputs to generate actionable business insights. The Senior Associate will establish a structured project management framework, ensuring initiatives align with key achievements and deliver high-quality, timely results. They will drive the end-to-end execution of business intelligence use cases, collaborating with multiple internal stakeholder groups.
This role supports the full delivery lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering and analysis through design, development, production deployment, and ongoing support. A successful candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization design, and the development of data-driven solutions. They will act as a crucial link between business and governance teams, ensuring that BI tools and strategies generate measurable value and enable data-driven decision-making.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor organizational health, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making. Oversee and ensure the timely resolution of open risks, issues, and audit items, providing regular updates to management
- Recommend, Build and implement tools that enable management to make self-driven data decisions, reducing production time and risk, while partnering with key stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business requirements for BI solutions.
- Execute data analysis & discovery to identify trends, patterns and actionable insights, presenting findings clearly through established data visualization tools
- Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring timely progress and successful delivery
- Foster a collaborative environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Maintain a strong focus on stakeholder needs, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issue resolution.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

- Self-starter with a solid ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks
