  • Assist data modelers in producing conceptual and logical data models, including entity and attribute names and definitions
  • Use the enterprise metadata repository to input and handle required metadata for critical and prioritized data elements in support of data management initiatives and enterprise-wide data efforts
  • Support data quality through comprehensive evaluation of the data control environment including profiling data, defining and documenting operational and systemic data quality controls, supporting the development of data quality rules, performing root cause analysis for identified data quality issues, and supporting data cleansing efforts to ensure that data is fit for its intended use
  • Assist the Data Steward with project planning, identification of resource requirements, and effort estimation
  • Independently handle assigned projects, across the life cycle from initiation through to closing
  • Develop and deliver clear and concise, high-quality presentations to partners and leadership that provide the appropriate level of detail for the intended audience
  • Participate significantly as a core member of one or more agile squads, including attending daily stand-up, grooming sessions and other agile ceremonies, documenting user stories, and tracking and reporting on relevant project metrics
  • Find opportunities for process optimization, automation and enhance data management efficiency and effectiveness
