The Impact you will have in this role:

The Business Transformation Specialist position offers candidates an unparalleled opportunity to deliver against a portfolio of transformation projects, coupled with exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to effect positive change within a leading financial services institution. Our Transformation Specialists are thought-leading strategists who will work with BTO Leaders to drive a strategic change portfolio consisting of small to large scale initiatives and programs. Our Specialists will work alongside other dedicated individuals who are equally passionate about inspiring change across the organization and are given the opportunity to both demonstrate and grow their abilities across a wide set of competencies by contributing to the BTO's current mission, objectives and deliverables. The selected candidate will be able to promote new ideas and approaches to motivate change initiatives across the enterprise and influence and guide how the enterprise will work and collaborates more efficiently.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work to collectively see opportunities to drive continuous improvement and smart ways to deploy process improvements and/or technology to tackle business problems.
  • Pull from experiences and standard processes to lead ad-hoc data and business analysis approaches from problem identification through solutioning and future state recommendations.
  • Lead/co-lead meetings with enterprise customers, and end-users, to identify and understand current state business and technical processes, procedures and challenges.
  • Lead the development of documentation / workflows outlining current and future state scenarios.
  • Lead the creation of engagement related essential communications and reporting (presentations, reports, workflows, etc.) particularly to other members of the team and senior and executive leadership.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to more junior members of the Business Transformation Office, and associated teams, and resolve most issues using your rapport and trust.
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; advances appropriately.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Demonstrated intermediate expertise level across, and application of, multiple BTO competencies (i.e. Data analysis, Process re-engineering, Project Management, etc.)
  • Experience supporting/driving medium/large, scaled change initiatives, with a focus on delivering operating model improvements (people, process technology)
  • Ability to communicate complex information and ideas effectively within the team and with customers.
  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively in a problem-solving, transformation environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and manage customer expectations and needs

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
