The impact you will have in this role:

The Associate Director Scrum Master coordinates and communicates all multi-functional activities related to the successful production delivery of multiple, sophisticated IT projects to support DTCC's businesses.

Your Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the execution of large, sophisticated project or multiple mid-sized projects.
  • Lead multi-functional team(s) to meet the success criteria for assigned projects.
  • Actively manage and complete overall project delivery plans, which includes schedule, breakthroughs, critical path and delivery expectations.
  • Negotiate time, scope, resources with project sponsors and functional managers to ensure timely result of each project.
  • Coordinate project team meetings and communications and publish meeting minutes. Radiate information between project team and collaborators to ensure alignment.
  • Build relationships and influence key partners
  • Prepare materials for Executive meetings such as Steering Committees Meetings.
  • Identify, document and manage project issues and risks; Mitigate or resolve. Partner concern to management are to be rare exceptions.
  • Proactively identify, understand and address intra-project and inter-project dependencies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • 6 year of managing IT projects/programs/portfolios, including budget and prioritization

Talents Needed for Success:
  • Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred
  • Experience as a Business Analyst /Systems Analyst, SCRUM Master,
  • Product Manager, ideally, someone who has moved through the development lifecycle in experience across multiple trends in technology
  • Strong and effective communication skills required - written, verbal and presentation; ability to communicate technical topics to a non-technical audience
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnering skills
  • Delivery-focused, result-oriented leadership style
  • Experience managing vendors to procure staffing, licenses, tools, and other consulting services
  • Experience working in innovative environment
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or equivalent
  • Program Management Professional (PGMP) Certification

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
