Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Program Manager to join the Marketing Transformation and Business Management Team at Dow Jones. As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of strategic initiatives that drive marketing transformation and enhance business management practices. This role requires a strong project management acumen, collaborative spirit, and a passion for operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Technology, and Operations, to assist in defining program objectives, scope, timelines, and success metrics.
- Develop detailed program plans, outlining tasks, resources, budgets, and dependencies, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate and facilitate project team meetings, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and progress tracking.
- Monitor and manage program risks, proactively identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to drive project execution, resolve challenges, and maintain project momentum.
- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including project charters, status reports, and dashboards.
- Support the implementation of change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Assist in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program impact and success.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to provide regular program status updates and recommendations for adjustments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the team.

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager, preferably within a media, publishing, or technology-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and technologies, including digital marketing, data analytics, and content management.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and relationship-building.
- Problem-solving mindset with the capability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented approach to project planning, execution, and documentation.
- Experience with change management principles and practices.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
