Collaborating closely with our newsrooms and strategic partners, we spearhead the development of groundbreaking products and technologies. About the Role:

Product Analyst - Content will work closely with the content licensing, product, engineering and customer success teams to ensure that content is efficiently delivered, and effectively utilized to drive engagement, retention, and revenue. This role serves as the central advocate for content-related considerations in product development and decision-making. This role is part of the B2B Product team, reporting to the Senior Director Product and Operations.

You Will:
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of rights and publisher management infrastructure, publisher usage reporting and royalty statements
  • Collaborate with technical teams to optimize content ingestion processes
  • Become an expert and evangelist of Dow Jones B2B content and metadata

You Have:
  • Good understanding of publisher management and content rights considerations
  • Basic understanding of product management principles and the product life cycle
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • 1-3 years of experience in product analysis or related field
  • A bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
