The Associate, eCommerce Operations within the Marketing Data Platforms group will support the creation and management of key ecommerce flows for the Wall Street Journal, Barron's, MarketWatch, and Financial News. This role will liaise directly with our Marketing, Membership and Tech teams to ensure a seamless checkout experience for our flagship publications.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Execute new eCommerce flows to support new subscription offers presented in market - including digital pricing, promotions, and site assets
  • Create new offers and manage existing offers within the ecommerce platform in order to promote flagship publications
  • Implement and build new landing pages for acquisition campaigns to ensure a seamless checkout experience
  • Liaise with the Marketing team in order to provide ongoing support for acquisition and retention campaigns to ensure the checkout flow is working as expected
  • Coordinate with internal tech teams to ensure new offerings in market can be supported by the existing fulfillment and billing systems
  • Collaborate with the QA manager and provide quality checks to ensure the eCommerce flows are working as expected prior to launching in market - including accurate setup, QA offers, and maintain documentation and processes to ensure efficient execution
  • Multi-task across multiple projects, business units and stakeholders in an organized manner

Qualifications Include:
  • Bachelor's degree - marketing preferred
  • 0 to 3 years experience in eCommerce
  • Knowledge of the subscription business preferred
  • Experience with ATG is a plus. ATG is a browser-based interface that allows operations to create marketing offers and products
  • HTML skills a plus
  • Work independently, be resourceful, a self-starter who is able able to adapt quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid working relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Organized, with a consistent attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under time frame pressure, handling multiple projects at the same time and updating stakeholders on progress regularly
  • Problem solving skills
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of the media and publishing industry is a plus

Pay Range: $55,000 - $70,000
