About the Team
Our CPG Advertising & Promotions team operates at the intersection of e-commerce and advertising. We provide digital marketing solutions to help CPG brands advertisers reach DoorDash audiences. Working closely with Product and other cross-functional partners, this business role will be responsible for helping to define and deliver on ad strategy across three supply vectors - inventory/new formats, quality, and ad economics.
About the Role
You will report into the Manager of Ads Supply on our CPG team in our Ads Strategy & Operations organization. In this role, you will:
- Build data-driven business cases to support product and project prioritization
- Manage the successful delivery of product launches, including product experimentation and go-to-market coordination
- Deliver against quarterly plans and business targets (advertiser and consumer), specifically owning OKRs around inventory growth, quality improvement, and ad economics
- Operate at the intersection of Ads and the organic Consumer experience to understand inventory opportunities and consumer impact

We're excited about you because you have...
- 4+ years of experience in ads strategy, ads monetization, and/or ad tech; prior CPG experience a plus
- Experience working with Product, Data Science, Sales, UI, and/or Engineering teams
- A proven track record of leading projects, working cross-functionally, and managing against ambitious goals
- Excellent analytical abilities (proficiency in any coding language required; SQL preferred)
Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
