The DashMart team is focused on building a new type of grocery store, offering household essentials, groceries, and local favorites to our customers' doorsteps.

About the Role

We're looking for an Inventory Logistics Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of Jira tickets, ensuring timely assignments, and conducting follow-ups to ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) are met. The Specialist will also support projects to update, modify, and enhance our existing automations and Jira forms used to support our internal DoorDash teams. They will also be responsible for leveraging existing tools to track and analyze key metrics on a weekly basis.

You're excited about this opportunity because...

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of Jira tickets
  • Manage day to day escalation pathways and partner with cross functional teams to work towards issue resolution
  • Identify and root cause underlying issues to determine accurate DRIs (Directly Responsible Individuals) and support metrics reporting
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisor to resolve

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent proficiency with spreadsheets (SQL preferred)
  • Prior Jira experience preferred
  • Must have strong ownership mentality
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Must have effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain preferred

We expect this position to be filled by 3/25/2025.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
