About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead our New Verticals (Grocery) Co-marketing function, focused on driving marketing opportunities with merchant partners critical to DoorDash's selection story in new categories. We are looking for a builder and leader excited about growing and nurturing a team, cementing strategy and process in a nascent function, while creating strong relationships with our top national merchants to identify comarketing opportunities. You will report into the Director of Merchant Partnership Marketing within our B2B Marketing organization.
The ideal candidate is comfortable operating at highly strategic and tactical levels, switching between them effortlessly. They can effectively create and execute integrated, consumer-facing marketing campaigns built against both merchant and DoorDash goals, while working with cross functional teams to define and build processes to scale their team's impact. They are deeply committed to building and nurturing high performing, happy teams.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Own and nurture marketing relationships with some of our largest and high profile New Vertical partnerships, develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies and plans while driving alignment with internal and external stakeholders
- Implement integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and concept, through production, implementation, delivery and reporting
- Manage daily operations of partner marketing efforts, including promotions, emails, creative concept project briefs and development, partner approvals and status meetings
- Create regular internal and partner-facing reports to track campaign and promotion performance
- Use a data-first approach to improve campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, achieve results, and identify new opportunities for growth
- Coach and manage a team

- You are deeply grounded in audience insights through partnership with research, analytics, and by driving original research to define the needs of the consumer audience.
- You have a track record of leveraging insights to build consensus with large cross-functional teams and of building trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders.
- You have 12+ years of professional experience in marketing in a corporate environment
- You have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns that drive customer adoption and top line impact
- Fluency with data - including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and working with analytics to understand efficacy of campaigns after the fact

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
