About the Team
Superette is DoorDash's In-House Creative Studio. Our team's role is to build and continuously strengthen a unique and meaningful brand that resonates with our customers and connects with culture. We take marketing strategies and turn them into compelling, effective creativity that exceeds expectations at every customer touchpoint. Our focus is on delivering a consistent, unified brand identity across all channels. Ultimately, we craft powerful, emotional stories that drive lasting brand loyalty and preference.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Copywriter to help bring our brand voice to life across all social platforms. In this role, you'll concept and craft compelling, scroll-stopping copy that cuts through the noise. You're a natural storyteller who's fluent in the language of the internet, quick to ideate, and collaborative at heart - someone who thrives as a creative partner to channel managers and designers. From high-impact campaign moments to evergreen posts, you know how to make content that's fresh, platform-built, and share-worthy. This is an opportunity to lead with creativity, shape our voice on social, and have some fun doing it.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Write with voice and craft across platforms, from scripts and captions to on-screen text for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and more.
- Be a go-to creative partner for the social team - jumping on cultural moments, trends, campaigns, and key milestones to turn them into engaging copy.
- Write across formats, from short-form video to memes, in ways that feel platform-native and audience-first.
- Be the writing partner who brings scripts to life alongside our motion designer.
- Use real consumer behavior and cultural signals to craft resonant and timely stories.
- Be a trusted gut check for community and channel managers to ensure voice and tone is consistent across every interaction.
- Translate big campaign ideas into social-first content in collaboration with creatives.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and algorithm shifts to make sure content gets the reach and performance it deserves.
- Get hands-on when needed, capturing and editing content yourself or occasionally stepping in front of the camera, if you're game.
- Consult with Influencer Marketing, providing a POV on scripts or talking points.
We're excited about you because...
- You've been the voice of a strong brand on social before and know what it takes to develop a voice that stands out online.
- You have a strong creative portfolio of social-first work that has earned recognition both inside and outside of your company.
- You bring a strong track record of crafting ideas and serving them up to audiences in novel, innovative, and engaging formats and styles.
- You're skilled at using social listening to uncover what matters to consumers, and can translate those insights into social-first concepts.
- You have proven experience writing for organic social with voice, clarity, and purpose.
- You know how to create content that is brand-aligned, platform-optimized, and audience-first, effortlessly shifting tones as needed.
- You're quick to spot a moment - and even quicker to turn it into a concept that sticks.
- You're a trendsetter, not a follower, and the first to experiment with new features to keep content fresh and relevant.
- You're sharp, nimble, and can deliver great work without a budget or production - sometimes even editing it yourself.
- You're not a traditional copywriter - you have deep, specialized experience in organic social creative.
- You're strategic, insight-driven, digitally sharp, and come to work every day with new ideas for how content can elevate how we show up for our audience.
