About the Role
As a Senior Associate on the ANZ S&O team, you will be responsible for helping grow our total business through marketplace analysis, working across business teams and support functions to support their financial and operational goals while also stepping back and delivering big-picture insights that will move the needle across the entire business. You will drive local experimentation, work through financial analysis, and deliver performance forecasts to drive strategic growth decisions, provide insights to our ANZ and APAC leadership, and help set the course for growth and performance for the ANZ market.

Weekly, you will dive into data to monitor customer business performance and the root cause of any issues and develop action plans as needed. You will also work cross-functionally with account management, product, engineering, and operational teams to drive better decision-making and operating cadence outcomes, ensuring all business lines are aligned to overall goals for ANZ.
You will report to the Director for APAC S&O.

- Strategise - Drive the market strategy and efficiency goals for the ANZ business, identifying long-term and short-term opportunities.
- Build - Implement scalable initiatives and best practices to improve whole of business performance across ANZ
- Analyse - Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis as well as build models using tools like Excel and SQL to evaluate the strategic costs and benefits of various programs and experiments
- Influence - Partner with internal teams to create strategic plans and harness opportunities while gaining buy-in and agreeing trade offs as necessary to ensure the best outcome for the whole business.

- 3-5+ years' experience in consulting, IBD, strategy, or related operational experience
- You are a self-starter - You have a bias for action and are able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

- You are analytical - You use data to inform tough decisions, and are comfortable operating at both the 10,000 foot level and at the 10 inch level
- You are an owner - You're always looking for opportunities to better your work product and own the outcome - both the good and the bad
