Strategic Partnerships are a critical growth lever for DashPass involving our most-valued US corporate development partners. We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate, Integrated Marketing to execute highly engaging and innovative strategies to fuel our business growth.

In this role, you will use insights to develop consumer-first strategies to launch and sustain strategic partnerships. This involves creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns built against both external partner and DashPass goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure we are maximizing DoorDash value from our partner relationships, driving our business forward and serving consumers' needs.

You will report into the Sr Integrated Marketing Manager, DashPass Strategic Partnerships

We're excited about you because you have...

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4+ years as a Marketer spanning both brand and growth teams
  • Experience in partner marketing at a consumer brand or tech company
  • Demonstrable success establishing and achieving business goals through partner marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading cross-functional workstreams and balancing multiple objectives and constraints
  • You are comfortable with creativity and analytics - you can brainstorm campaign ideas, and do the analytical work to prove their efficacy. You have some experience with SQL and can navigate a dashboard or size an opportunity.
  • You have experience launching growth initiatives across owned and paid channels with an understanding of channel effectiveness, key optimization levers, and incremental growth opportunities
  • You put the consumer at the heart of your work
  • A knack for self-starting, thriving in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • A strong creative mind, organizational skills and attention to detail

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Collaborate with external partners and build strong relationships with some of our largest and most high profile strategic partners
  • Execute quarterly co-marketing strategies and plans with internal and external stakeholders. Craft strategy briefs, build assets in figma, launch merchandising and CRM tests and route creative for approval.
  • Manage day-to-day growth optimization and reporting on partner marketing efforts across core channels including paid media, CRM, merchandising, and partner channels
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and own end-to-end project trackers to rally key stakeholders towards a shared goal
  • Create positioning and messaging for our lifecycle audiences, and establish testing plans that optimize DashPass value props to drive the highest conversion rate
  • Craft creative briefs and create marketing assets in figma to enable the team to test across email, push and in-app channels.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States.
