About the Role
You will partner directly with our support, fraud, and sales team for our Merchant Financials pod on our Ads & Promos team. You will support our team in ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service, protect customers from fraud, and provide data insights to make decisions. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, listening to sales pitches, resolving customer issues, and proactively monitoring transactions for potential fraud. The ideal candidate enjoys solving customer problems, can deliver with tight deadlines, and likes to test in a fast paced environment.

- Strategize - Understand the needs of our Merchants, prioritize those needs by impact, and create solutions with cross-functional partners
- Build - Drive the implementation of new product features and processes for managing Merchant financial products
- Construct - Navigate in an ambiguous environment and bring structure to undefined opportunities. There won't be playbooks or templates, instead you will create them.
- Analyze - Leverage data whenever possible to inform your hypothesis and convince cross functional partners.
- Influence - Work cross-functionally with our Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Business Development teams to align on a path forward and bring these products to market
We're excited about you because...
- You have 3+ years of experience in strategy & operations / product management / investment banking / management consulting / mergers & acquisitions or related experience (preferable in the financing or fin tech industry)
- You're energized by diving into difficult problems with first principles and working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams.
- You're a logic & data-driven problem solver that can leverage Excel/Google Sheets to derive answers
- You can write SQL query and consolidate data from multiple sources
- Thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changing environment
- You have a BA/BS degree
- Fluent in Spanish
