About the Team

The B2B Marketing team is a small and performance-focused team that is focused on supporting lead generation across a wide variety of business lines: Restaurants (Rx in the US and Canada) and New Verticals ("NV" such as Alcohol, Flowers) and more. The B2B team at DoorDash is rapidly growing and it is expected this person will be a leader on the team, help develop our marketing approach, and grow their career as the team expands.

About the Role

We're looking for a talented and driven Senior Associate with strong operational experience in paid social channels to run a world-class acquisition program in our B2B Growth team. This role will offer you the opportunity to have an immediate impact by managing the performance of our main media channels in the U.S. and Canada. You'll be managing a world-class acquisition program with support from our U.S. based team, solving complex problems, and making strategic recommendations to drive SMB Merchant growth. In this role you will get the opportunity to be among the first marketing hires of our local CDMX office and will be able to work with our partners, like Facebook and TikTok, to test and implement new marketing technologies.

You will report directly to our local Manager, B2B Performance Marketing.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Be a part of our first DoorDash team in our Mexico City office!
  • Manage multi-million dollar annual digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels, working with partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok to optimize campaign performance and test new products.
  • Leverage world-class best practices from our U.S. team to build a local media buying team capable of operating at the lowest level of detail while maintaining cost per acquisition as low as possible.
  • Execute paid media strategy and campaign execution to increase lead generation and optimal ROAS.
  • Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, MQL, CW, cost per acquisition and LTV proxies.
  • Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met

We're excited about you because...

  • You are proficient in the English language and able to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • You have a proven track record in the performance marketing space, with 4+ years of experience.
  • Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social, Paid Search, Paid Display), and strategic planning either at an agency or in-house
  • You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have a deep familiarity with all digital marketing metrics including MQL, CW, CPL, CPA, CPC, CPM, LTV and ROAS
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be very comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make decisions and conduct experiments.
  • Experience with Web Tracking/Attribution (preferred)
  • Knowledge of SQL (preferred)
  • Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses (preferred)
