About the Role
We are looking for a driven Operations Specialist to support the testing and expansion of new autonomous technology. You will help shape the strategy of autonomous technology at DoorDash from deploying new sites to speaking with our merchants and customers to providing feedback on new features.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will...
- Work closely with both merchant and cross functional partners to deploy sites with new autonomous technology
- Support and execute Lab's overall autonomous operational strategy
- Effectively communicate status updates to key stakeholders, including timely identification and escalation/resolution of issues
- Provide our customers and merchants with an exceptional delivery experience, by gathering feedback and iterating on process flows
- Join a dynamic team and have the opportunity to grow and adapt as the role evolves based on the changing needs of our teams.

We're excited about you because...
- Demonstrated experience in strategy and operations, project management, program management, product launch, operations, high-growth startup or launching major products in market is preferred
- A proven track record of operating in cross-functional initiatives and succeeding in a complex and fast moving environment
- An analytical mindset and can deliver actionable recommendations
What You'll Need:
- Ability to work independently within an operations team
- Strong attention to detail and the enthusiasm to dig into behind the scenes work
- Passion for simple and efficient processes
- Superb communication skills (oral and written) with both technical and non-technical audiences

- Passion for autonomous systems
