The goal of the Partnership Marketing team is to be the most trusted and sought after co-marketing partner for brands by creating groundbreaking marketing that delivers value to our audiences (Customer, Merchant, Dasher); drives results; and puts DoorDash and its partners at the center of culture.

About the Role

In this role, you'll own key Restaurant and / or New Vertical merchant partnerships - understanding business and partner priorities to create and execute on quarterly plans, scaling our efforts across a range of Enterprise merchants, fostering relationships with our most-valued partners to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs that acquire customers and sustainably grow DoorDash in Canada. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to build a career in marketing consultation from strategy to execution. The Partnership Marketing Team is lean and fast-moving, meaning you'll have an immediate opportunity to take ownership and drive major impact on a rapidly-growing space within an exciting brand. You will report into the Manager, Partnership Marketing within our Canadian Marketing organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because you will...

  • Own the process, resourcing, and budgets for scaling co-marketing efforts for Enterprise restaurants
  • Lead creation of pitch decks, Mx comms on DoorDash initiatives, and be the connector for the Enterprise team on all marketing initiatives.
  • Nurture marketing relationships with partners, balancing partner and DoorDash goals.
  • Develop marketing business brief, strategies and plans with key partners, and establish "buy-in" from internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain campaign documentation including campaign recaps, internal reporting, and overarching learnings for cross functional reference
  • Execute Mx marketing campaigns on owned and paid channels, through Mx approvals, and asset collection
  • Use a data-first approach to optimize campaigns against our goals, improve profitability, drive results, and identify new opportunities for growth

We're excited about you because...

  • You have 7+ years experience as brand or performance marketer or account manager in an advertising agency, consultancy, consumer brand or tech company with a partner-facing role
  • You are an amazing marketer AND a "doer" - you can create strategies and plans based on consumer insights; analyze results, and create innovative, newsworthy campaigns, while also getting in the weeds on execution
  • You can see the forest through the trees and have experience in resource planning and scaling marketing programs
  • You are highly organized - you can efficiently manage 10+ campaigns and promotions at the same time with attention to detail
  • You are adaptable and resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • You have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members within the company
  • You are able to foster relationships with partners, while balancing DoorDash priorities
  • You have knowledge of the Canadian market
  • You have a growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, tools, and processes
