DashMart is a rapidly growing business vertical within DoorDash, that operates micro-fulfillment centers throughout the United States. We offer fresh & local groceries and household essential items to our customers, and do so reliably and rapidly. The SiteOps Enablement team supports DashMart ventures by managing organizational change and comms, standardizing ops processes, providing best in class training, and empowering our Local Ops Leaders and Operators.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Change Project Manager to join our team. As a member of our Change team, you'll contribute to the successful implementation of projects and foster a culture of change. You'll manage medium to large projects or segments of more complex projects throughout their development lifecycle. These projects may span multiple divisions and impact various lines of business.

This role will primarily be remote with the expectations that you may need to 30% travel may be required to work alongside local operations. You will report to the Sr.Manager of SiteOps Enablement within our DashMart New Business Verticals organization.

  • Own the execution: Drive the growth and strategy of our evolving Change Management initiatives, ensuring their effectiveness across all stages.
  • Lead from the Front: Develop and build quality Change Management strategies that can excel in both in-person and remote environments. Adapt to changing needs to keep strategies agile and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic business.
  • Oversee the DashMart Change Management initiatives, guiding and supporting their endeavors.
    • Focus on key priorities: Set clear direction for the implementation of the 2024-2025 change roadmap, supporting cross-functional team initiatives, and creating new pathways for supporting DashMart.
    • Develop and Implement: Create KPIs to measure the effectiveness of escalation processes and drive continuous improvement.
    • Help Improve Operations: Utilize insights from experimental data to develop actionable recommendations for optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Dream big, execute bigger: Be bold and innovative, leading the charge on implementing our most ambitious initiatives, from new workflows to transformative change processes.

About You

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in business and people management, strategy, and operations within a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of leading change management initiatives in industries such as grocery, warehouse management, or retail.
  • Experience leveraging change methodologies such as ADKAR,
  • Strong ownership mentality and a commitment to driving results.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and other data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, continuous improvement, and industry-specific certifications.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location.Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
