Summary:
Sales Support Associate performs and discharges all the administrative and clerical work for Sales Department.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and sales quotations
• Assist sales to issue or discuss cost reports and invoices to clients
• Attend to clients' calls and requests and follow up with clients for job-related matters
• Liaise with other teams on billing issues, printing schedules and cost calculations
• Maintain and update the client database records
Qualifications:
• University graduate or tertiary educated background
• 2 to 3 years working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
