This role is based in Atlanta, but you must be willing to work some California working hours.
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing the full lifecycle recruiting process.
- Partnering with managers to understand their teams' hiring needs and team dynamics.
- Acting as a consultant in hiring processes.
- Identifying, engaging, and securing top talented candidates (both passive and active).
- Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that successfully attract viable candidates for each specific requisition.
- Being the search expert for functional areas by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements.
- Working closely with recruiting coordinators to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible.
- Negotiating potential offers and successfully closing candidates.
- Providing excellent customer service to our hiring teams and ensuring a seamless candidate experience for all potential candidates.
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Experience in recruiting IT or technical talent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven background in using innovative research and sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and "hard to fill" roles.
- Solid experience in partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals.
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills.
The Atlanta Area base salary range for this full-time position is $35 - $45 per hour , which can vary if outside this location,plus bonus, benefits, and some roles may also include equity. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, competencies, experience, market demands, internal parity, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range and perks and benefits for your location during the hiring process.
