We are excited to build and expand our team in Bangalore and are looking for a Digital Solutions Analyst to join us. This role focuses on creating custom solutions, automations, and integrations that enhance our employee experience and streamline our People & Places processes.
Key Responsibilities and Opportunities:
- Design and develop custom applications using low-code/no-code platforms (such as SAP BTP, Power Apps, Power Automate, Zapier)
- Create and implement automation solutions to streamline People & Places processes
- Build integrations between core systems to ensure seamless data flow and user experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop innovative solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain and optimize existing applications and automations
- Document technical solutions and provide training to end users
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in application development or business systems
- Strong expertise in low-code/no-code platforms (Power Platform, Zapier, or similar tools)
- Experience building business applications and process automations
- Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors, ServiceNow) and their integration capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and process improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Knowledge of API integrations and web services
- Experience with HR process automation
- Understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Background in HR systems or employee experience platforms
- Experience with Agile methodologies
