Job Summary
The position objective is to provide technical solutions to support Licensees and partners to enable Dolby technologies for OTT service providers and assist customers with problems that arise during the integration, testing and evaluations.
Responsibilities:
- Help to build and maintain the toolsets for media content packaging, such as MP4 muxing/demuxing, DASH/HLS generation.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the validation tools for Dolby technology streams.
- Help to release OTT streaming kits, including tools, signals and documents.
- Assist CI/CD work within team.
- Help to analysis and resolve the high-impact issues from FAE team and customers.
- B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable field.
- At least 3 years of experience in support or engineering roles.
- Strong skill of C/C ++ programming.
- The experience of working in multimedia streaming industry, prefer software development experience in GPAC and Ffmpeg.
- Fluent English communication in reading, writing.
- Excellent team player.
- Be familiar with audio/video codec, e.g., H.264 and/or H.265 and/or AAC.
- Have experience in open-source players, e.g., Media3, Shaka player.
- Java application development experience.
