Role description:
Come to work with Dolby's talented Recruitment organization and play a vital role in finding and securing top talent for Dolby. We seek a self-starter, forward-thinking person with strong organization skills and attention to detail to join the team on an inital fixed term contract basis and be part of something big! Play a key role in the growth of Dolby's new R&D Center in Bangalore.
This role will be located in Bangalore and will report to the APAC Recruiting Manager based in Australia.
The Recruitment Coordinator ensures the smooth flow of recruiting activities and building and managing candidate relationships, often as their first point of contact to Dolby.
To be a success in this role you'll need to be proactive and organized, with great communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast paced and dynamic environment. You will be committed to delivering an amazing candidate experience, and be comfortable talking to candidates and hiring managers. You'll be part of a friendly and supportive team who will help you to succeed in the role, and grow your skills in recruitment. Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Recruiting team
- Scheduling video interviews and phone screens cross-geo
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience - including timely follow up on recruiting status
- Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems and confirming new hires
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Generation of reports to track candidate activity
- Creating offer letters
- Support the recruitment team with candidate sourcing for key roles
- Assisting in other recruiting activities as needed
- 3+ years of recruiting coordinator, or HR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong attention to detail and superior organization skills are a must
- Results driven and proactive approach to work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
