Based in the EMEA region's newly established Dublin office, the EMEA AR Analyst is responsible for the cash collections for Dolby EMEA. You will manage collections work in a million $ accounts receivable ledger and support the business. What is essential is that you are eager to take on new challenges, learn new tasks and relish the experience of working as part of a small team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Ensure all invoices and statements are delivered in a timely manner,
- Contact customers for payment dates and produce a monthly cash collection forecast,
- Work closely with the customer service team and the business managers on any issues to resolve quickly,
- Apply cash to the AR ledger on a daily basis,
- Review credit limits and credit status, in certain cases, place a customer on hold until payments are received,
- Produce monthly AR reports for management and Quarterly Business presentations,
- Support the EMEA Business function by preparing presentations of sales data and DSO metrics,
- Prepare the monthly finance dashboard and become the owner of the Finance planning calendar.
- Business qualification and experience in collections in a Multinational Company,
- Confident and with the desire to learn, a mature outlook on life,
- Good working knowledge of PowerPoint,
- Advanced Excel skills,
- Clear and effective communication skills and a team player with a customer-oriented approach,
- Proven ability to prioritize activities and manage workload in a complex, fast-paced, deadline driven environment,
- Excellent written and spoken English, other European languages are helpful,
- SAP system experience is desirable.
