Resort Concierge Cast Members create magic for our Guests by anticipating their arrival to The Walt Disney World Resort, welcoming Guests in a humble and friendly manner! We provide personalized Guest Service, follow-up throughout our Guests stay and extend appreciation upon departure. We are also versatile and use a mobile device or computer while assisting Guests with check-in, check-out procedures and other services including itinerary planning and Guest Service Recovery.
The pay rate for this role in Florida is $18.70 per hour.

Basic Qualifications :
- Part-Time Resort Concierge Cast Members will need to be FULLY available for the first 2 weeks after their transfer date
- Passion for serving others and proven problem-solving skills while maintaining professional etiquette
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proven grammar proficiency as well as computer proficiency while navigating through multiple computer applications
- Maintain safety of our Guests while operating vehicles, including with passenger
- Driver's license from any state
