About the Role & Team
The Global Contracts Administrative Coordinator is passionate about maintaining the budgetary and financial responsibilities of the ESI Global Contracts department. You will partner with finance and Engineering Services team members across Facilities and Operation Services and the Engineering Services Finance organizations to maintain accurate analysis, forecasting, and budgets related to the department. Other responsibilities include processing invoices, managing special projects, regulatory documentation, material orders, purchase order creation, and performing a variety of tasks to support the Global Contracts and Engineering Services Integration teams.
You will report to Support Services Manager.

What You Will Do
Reconcile service entries and process monthly invoices for contracts and projects
Create and modify Purchase Orders (to include fund increases and closure)
Develop and analyze accurate financial reports (report analysis, forecasting, and budgets)
Partner with ES Finance monthly to ensure all fiscal targets are attained
Identify financial issues and present detailed and accurate statistical research and reports to leadership
Perform financial and cost analysis, contract budgeting, and forecasting
Present concise reporting of finances and variance explanations to leadership
Use PTP and Coopa Customer Service to open service requests and resolve issues with Purchase Orders
Understand the financial and accounting impacts of decisions related to assigned projects
Track commitments for internal and 3rd party vendors and contractors
Update financial reporting dashboards in Tableau
Partner with leaders across all Walt Disney World FOS organizations
Perform Access Control requests
Order supplies/materials and perform P-Card reconciliations
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience working in SAP and Coopa
Practical knowledge of Purchasing, Purchase Order creation and service entry creation
Experience with MS Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams and Excel
Ability to collaborate with others, including executive leadership, and solve complex problems
High-level attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Financial competence
Basic knowledge and use of Tableau
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required
Associate's degree or above is preferred
