Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are invested in our future talent, and the University Relations team is in the midst of it all. We're looking for a passionate Program Specialist with a desire to learn, who, like the rest of our dynamic team, does whatever it takes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience. In this role, you will be ensuring candidates have a fantastic experience from the recruiting process throughout the internship program. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy being part of a team, we'd love to talk!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and activities (including recruitment events and internship events)
  • Plan and execute various on-campus and on-site events including seminars, workshops, career fairs, and networking functions
  • Operate within a seasonal recruitment cycle to effectively recruit and engage interns and new graduates
  • Support keep-warm activities to engage students prior to internship start
  • Post and advertise positions through various channels
  • Draft outreach campaigns to engage students for internship or new graduate positions
  • Partner closely with our University Recruiter to assist candidates throughout the recruitment process (schedule interviews, host virtual information sessions, send frequent candidate communications, etc.)
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0 -2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, program management, event planning, or a similar role


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and accuracy within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high focus on attention to detail
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite, additional experience with applicant tracking systems a plus
  • Experience with the Handshake platform and iCIMS ATS preferred
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
