Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical industry knowledge with a general comprehension of relevant tech skills, target companies, engineering communities, and university sources.
- Must have strong communication & interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and experience with Google Suite, Excel, etc.
- Results oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
- Hands on sourcing experience using LinkedIn & Job portal.
- Hands on experience on ATS.
- Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, leveraging group research, candidate referrals and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipeline.
- Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with DISH Network Technologies India Private Limited (Formerly Sling Media Private Limited) and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent.
- Locate and engage passive candidates through the use of Social media sourcing, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques are highly desirable.
- Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with stakeholders.
- Documents collection from selected candidates and follow up on joining date
- Good academics, preferably post graduation in HR / Personnel Management.
- 6 - 8 years of Technical Recruitment experience from a Service-based OR Product-based organisations.
- Good Communication skills - written and verbal with the ability to understand and interact with the diverse range of stakeholders.
- Should be able to work without much supervision.
- Able to map the job market for the skills that the organisation would intend to hire.
