Job Duties and Responsibilities
DISH is looking for an experienced and detail oriented Supply Planner III to join our amazing team at DISH Retail Wireless Product team. The Supply Planner III will develop and execute our supply plan, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless availability of devices for our cutting-edge 5G network, determining priorities and implementing strategies to reduce out-of-stock and over-stock issues.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Perform advanced planning assignments and collaborate with customers to shape supply plans for OEMs
- Utilize advanced supply chain software and address operational deviations
- Monitor inventory levels, shipments, and replenishment lead times, providing relevant information for planning and forecasting
- Diagnose supply chain challenges, identify root causes, and recommend actionable solutions
- Ensure timely delivery by collaborating with suppliers and addressing supply issues
- Participate in new device integration, special projects, and provide weekly purchase recommendations across channels while meeting inventory targets
As a successful Supply Planner III, you will have:
Education and Experience:
- Master's degree preferred with 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience)
- Experience with advanced supply planning software
- Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data manipulation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Supply and Demand planning systems (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis, o9, Anaplan)
- Effective communication skills across all organizational levels
- Detail-oriented with continuous improvement focus
- Commitment to DISH core values and ability to work in-office in Denver
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
