Job Duties and Responsibilities
Staff Program Manager sought by DISH Wireless LLC in Littleton, CO.
Interact with executive sponsors and change agents to identify scope, requirements, and manage projects throughout the entirety of the project lifecycle. Facilitate and drive large cross-functional projects, serve the needs of multiple stakeholders within a complex multi-faceted organization, and manage that strategy through to completion. Drive all aspects and assist other team members without boundaries and create a cohesive mindset between all contributing DISH teams. Manage executive project expectations including owning escalation, communication, and C-level interaction on critical strategic projects for the company. Manage the design, planning, development, and implementation of strategic corporate projects. Manage coordination and project deliverables between internal DISH project organizations as well as 3rd party partners to deliver the project on time and on budget. Work cross-functionally as a dynamic leader to effectively guide projects from concept to deployment and facilitate cross-functional meetings guiding large project teams. Document all aspects of the project including requirements, risks, issues, project schedule, and meeting agendas/notes.

Job requirements:
Requires: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field plus 2 years in job offered or as Technical Engineering Manager/Project Manager. Also requires 2 years of experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC);
- Deploying virtualized IMS Core;
- 5G, LTE, VoLTE, e911, and VoWifi;
- Implementing 5G projects configuration on Core Platforms;
- Augmenting Core Network Infrastructure.
Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
Rate of pay: $153,317.76
