Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document system requirements, business processes, and workflow improvements
- Solution Development: Work with technical teams to design, develop, and implement system enhancements, customizations, and integrations
- Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues or concerns
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes; develop user manuals and training materials as needed
- Project Management: Assist in project planning and management activities, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project requests. Collaborate with business units, project managers, and IT teams to understand project needs and expectations
- Data Governance: Partner with IT to develop and enforce data management policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security; oversee data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices
- Data Curation: Partner with IT to manage the curation of data across the organization, including data integration, enrichment, and transformation; ensure data is accurately categorized, tagged, and maintained to facilitate ease of use and accessibility
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data architecture, or a related field
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
Strong business acumen and experience working with cross-functional teams in demand and supply chain domains - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
