Job Duties and Responsibilities

Senior Technical Program Manager sought by DISH Wireless, LLC in Littleton, Colorado.

Function as a Program Manager working with a team of data and reporting analysts. Responsible for coordinating and tracking multiple team programs and ensuring these efforts stay on track to meet strict deadlines. The programs can be of various degrees of complexity and will include coordination of numerous groups and departments, critical thinking, and problem-solving. Provide program insights to the leadership team and maintain a sanitized program map. Engage, problem solve, and communicate across the enterprise to drive successful initiatives. Work through the technical, business, and operational questions that develop surrounding the data management initiatives. Collaborate with Management, other program Managers, and team members to develop achievable completion dates and prioritize/de-prioritize efforts. Document all aspects of the program including requirements, risks, issues, program schedule, and meeting agendas/notes. Quickly escalate issues to other groups or departments where support is needed and track for resolution and completion. Apply industry best practices of program management. Understand the department's processes and workflows to ensure programs are successful. Work with data analysts to understand the business requirements and program needs.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or closely related field, plus 5 years of work experience in Job offered, technical Support Engineer, or similar role. Also requires 5 years of work experience with/using the following (which may have been gained concurrently):

  • Program Management tools including Jira, SNOW, Excel Power Query/Macros, Google online suite including gslides.
  • Access and Google (G-Suite)
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $129,771.00/Year
