Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design, deployment, and maintenance of Infoblox DDI services across AWS and VMware platforms
  • Translate high-level design requirements from Principal Engineers into low-level designs for new DDI services
  • Update HLD/LLD documentation throughout the service lifecycle
  • Mentor junior team members in Infoblox expertise
  • Collaborate across teams to provide project and operations support for Infoblox services, documenting activities in Jira
  • Participate in on-call rotation for tier 3 Infoblox support and contribute to automation development for deployment and operations
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Candidates with strong relevant experience are encouraged to apply, regardless of formal education
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience is welcomed
  • 5+ years of architecture, systems engineering, and operational experience with Infoblox NIOS DDI products


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Infoblox NIOS DDI products, including grid management, upgrades, license renewals, backups, and RBAC policy definition
  • Strong understanding of DHCP (DORA process, failover, option filters, leases) and DNS (Anycast, traffic control, caching, RPZ, Route53 integration)
  • Experience managing IPAM using extensible attributes, CSV imports, and WAPI for IPv4/IPv6 objects
  • Proficient in designing fault-tolerant Infoblox DDI services with reporting, dashboards, and alerts to ensure service availability
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $150,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
