We're looking for a Senior AWS Connect Developer with a strong background in AWS Connect services and architecture. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining complex AWS Connect solutions to enhance customer experiences. Your expertise in AWS Connect, Lambda development, AWS API Gateway, and API integrations will be instrumental in creating scalable, customizable, and integrated contact center solutions for modern business needs. As a Senior AWS Connect Developer, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and optimization of our AWS Connect platform and custom CCP to deliver exceptional customer and agent experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AWS Connect contact flows, IVRs, and integrations.
  • Configure AWS Connect instances, queues, and custom attributes for optimized workflows.
  • Develop Lambda functions (C#/JavaScript) for call routing, backend operations, and integrations.
  • Integrate AWS Connect with DynamoDB, S3, Lex, and other AWS services.
  • Manage API Gateway for secure, scalable API interactions.
  • Monitor performance, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with AWS best practices.
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in AWS Connect development and implementation


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient in AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFormation, IAM, CloudWatch).
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, IVR systems, and call routing.
  • Experience with Python, JavaScript, or Java for backend development.
  • Skilled in RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • AWS certification and experience with CI/CD & DevOps are a plus.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year
