Job Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, interpret and analyze current market and industry trends and competitive environment for the purpose of defining a new portfolio of products and services and outlining a clear roadmap.
  • Ownership of the planning, development, design, and implementation of assigned program or product launch across development teams (Manufacturing, IT, operations, retention, sales, marketing, customer support and fulfillment, etc.).
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and explore ways to grow the business
  • Support marketing, commercial sales and commercial operations
  • Own the strategy, execution, and excellence of your products - be scrappy, solve problems, and take an entrepreneurial approach to deliver against business outcomes and create a delightful viewer experience
  • Provide guidance to peers and junior Product Managers on a cross-functional product team, consistently articulating product strategy, sharing learnings both good and bad, making difficult decisions and being accountable for them, prioritizing ruthlessly, representing the team throughout organization, and nurturing strong collaborative relationships within the team
  • Lead problem and solution discovery, collaborating with other roles to understand real users' motivations, goals, and pain points and to reduce key value, viability, usability, and feasibility risks
  • Define, monitor, and analyze product and business metrics, and feed learnings back into the product development process
  • Evangelize modern product management best practices and culture and continuously identify opportunities to improve our product development processes
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Engineering, Computer Science, Software Development, etc.) from an accredited college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Management or equivalent role or combination of education and on job experience


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and work under pressure, adapt to a rapidly changing environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency
  • A desire to research new technologies, creatively conceptualize new products that integrate those new technologies, and make it happen

  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to solve ambiguous problems and deliver results despite challenges
  • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of business principles as well as a technical acumen and ability to synthesize new technology concepts at a fast pace
  • Able to breakdown complex problems into simple solutions focused on important customer needs


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, or Marketing.
  • Experience communicating and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
  • Extreme curiosity and appetite for learning and growth
  • Strong business acumen - Experience working with P&L data to drive growth
  • Masters of Business Administration degree from an accredited University
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
