Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute pricing strategies for rate plans and offers aligned with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competition to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Collaborate across teams to design and launch competitive, customer-focused rate plans and promotions.
- Ensure offers meet business objectives and address customer needs.
- Monitor rate plan performance, leveraging data for insights and improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team, driving innovation, collaboration, and performance.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline is required
- 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy, product management, or a related role within the wireless or telecommunications industry, with a strong emphasis on data analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced pricing techniques
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with data visualization tools is a plus

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
