Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Project Management, Creative Services to oversee the success of our creative projects from initiation to completion. As a central figure in project management, this role involves a multitude of tasks:

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary information resource, maintaining tools and reports for all stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement workflow, system, and procedure improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the Design Operations team.
  • Collaborate with creative leads and marketing teams to assess and meet project resource needs.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor payments.
Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Manager, you will have:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 10 years in operations management, with a significant portion of this time spent in leadership roles within a fast-paced creative environment
  • Highly preferred PMP certification


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence; demonstrated experience in senior leadership, managing large teams, and influencing organizational change
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to effectively influence and collaborate with C-level executives and stakeholders across the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $110,110.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
