As a Senior Engineer in Generative AI & ML, you will play a critical role in driving the development, implementation, and optimization of AI solutions within our growing 5G network and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI/ML solutions, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable models
  • Solution Development: Build AI-driven solutions, focusing on natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automated network optimization
  • Innovation in ML Applications: Develop and optimize machine learning models to enhance network monitoring, incident management, and automated troubleshooting capabilities
  • Data Pipeline & Model Deployment: Design and implement data pipelines, manage model deployment, and maintain infrastructure for scalable GenAI applications
  • Model Training and Validation: Oversee the lifecycle of ML models, including data collection, model training, validation, testing, and continuous improvement
  • Collaboration and Mentorship: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Computer Science or similar
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience
Technical Qualifications:
  • ML Frameworks and Libraries: Proficient in TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn with proven experience in deploying models for real-time applications.
  • GenAI Expertise: Experience with large language models and transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT) and familiarity with fine-tuning and deploying these models.
  • Cloud Technologies: Proficiency with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) for scalable AI model deployment, including services like Sagemaker, DataFlow, and Kubernetes.
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform or similar tools for automating and managing cloud infrastructure.
  • APIs and Integrations: Understanding of API development and integration to support ML model interoperability with other systems.
  • Agile Practices: Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to ensure iterative and high-quality deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Telecom Sector Experience: Background in telecom and networking, with knowledge of network optimization or experience in 5G networks
  • Watson and IBM AI Tools: Hands-on experience with IBM Watson AI tools, including Watsonx and Watson Assistant, for implementing and optimizing conversational AI and analytics solutions
  • Data Engineering: Skilled in data engineering tools such as Spark, Kafka, and cloud-based data warehouses for large-scale data processing
  • Security and Compliance: Familiarity with security practices related to AI, including data privacy and model interpretability standards
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
