Job Duties and Responsibilities

As the Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in optimizing our supply chain by forecasting customer demand and aligning it with production and inventory strategies.

Key Responsbilitities:

In this role, you will:
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other teams to gather inputs and reach consensus on demand forecasts.
  • Apply advanced statistical models to generate demand forecasts, considering market trends and seasonality.
  • Identify changes in demand due to pricing, promotional activities, and competitor pricing.
  • Segment products based on demand variability and suggest appropriate forecasting methods.
  • Synchronize inventory levels with projected demand, optimizing carrying costs and service levels.
  • Coordinate with supply planning and procurement to harmonize demand and supply activities.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

As a successful Senior Demand Planner, you will have:

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent education/experience.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, demand forecasting techniques, and demand planning systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Experience with demand planning software, ERP systems, and APICS CPIM or other relevant certifications.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to company core values and in-office presence in Denver.
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
