Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Creative Lead who will play a key role in shaping and executing the creative vision for the Gen Mobile brand across multiple channels, who will play a key role in shaping and executing the creative vision for the brand across multiple channels. You will work closely with the Gen Mobile marketing team and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful, on-brand creative concepts that resonate with our target audience. You will oversee creative ideation, concept development, tactics production and campaigns, ensuring the highest standards of design, innovation, and consistency across all brand touchpoints.The position reports directly to Gen Mobile's Director of Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the development of creative concepts for print, digital content, video, packaging, social media, experiential events and other brand initiatives. Ensure that all work is on-brand, strategic, and delivered with excellence.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other internal teams to understand brand objectives, audience insights, and campaign goals. Translate these into compelling creative strategies and executions.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide and inspire junior designers, copywriters, other creative professionals, creative agencies and partners, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure that all creative materials align with the brand's vision, voice, and aesthetic across all consumer touchpoints. Maintain a consistent tone, style, and look that resonates with our target demographic.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, working within timelines, budgets, and production schedules. Oversee the development process from concept through to final execution.
  • Creative Strategy & Execution: Oversee brainstorming sessions, concept development, and deliver presentations. Use your understanding of design principles, trends, and consumer behavior to influence creative direction and deliver high-impact campaigns.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, constantly seeking fresh and innovative approaches to creative problem-solving. Drive new ideas and inspire the team to push creative boundaries.
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience developing marketing creatives across all channels (print, AV, digital)
  • Agency experience preferred


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). After Effects and motion graphics programs a plus
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to present and influence partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of brand development, storytelling and customer centric design principles
  • A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $83,203.00/Year - $118,881.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
