Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-quality training materials, including writing, editing, and approving text, images, videos, and other media. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and meets established quality standards.
- Oversee the performance of instructional designers, providing regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to ensure high-quality output. Conduct performance reviews, set development goals, and identify training opportunities to support their professional growth and improve their instructional design skills, aligning with department standards and company objectives.
- Collaborate with content designers to craft effective communications, ensuring timely delivery and facilitating clear information exchange between stakeholders.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and 5+ years related experience including 1 year of supervisory/management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for crafting clear and engaging content, as well as effective collaboration with partners
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories to develop effective training programs
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple training projects, timelines, and resources efficiently
- Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines in all training content

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
