Job Duties and Responsibilities
The Regional Inside Account Manager for Boost Mobile is responsible for driving sales performance, fostering strong relationships, and providing ongoing support to 30-40 retail owners within a designated region. The role is critical to ensuring that each retail location maximizes its potential and aligns with Boost Mobile's sales and service standards. The Regional Inside Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for retail owners, ensuring alignment on business goals, promotions, and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as main contact for 30-40 retail owners, offering tailored support and insights into their business models; conduct virtual meetings to discuss performance.
- Monitor retail performance, identify underperformers, implement action plans, and analyze data to boost sales and track promotions.
- Provide virtual training on products and processes; support retailers in developing in-store training for staff.
- Collaborate with marketing to guide retailers on promotions, marketing plans, and merchandising.
- Address product availability and pricing issues; liaise with internal teams for escalated concerns, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain records of interactions and performance, generate sales reports, and ensure retailers comply with Boost Mobile standards and brand guidelines.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications or prepaid wireless retail industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable business strategies
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $86,883.00/Year - $124,114.00/Year
