Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Manager - Competitive Intelligence will play a critical role in shaping Boost Mobile's strategic direction by providing deep insights into the competitive landscape. This role requires a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of the wireless industry, and the ability to build lasting relationships across the organization. This position will be 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive competitive intelligence program to monitor and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and emerging technologies
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis, synthesizing data into actionable insights for executive leadership and key stakeholders
  • Create compelling presentations and reports to communicate competitive intelligence findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to integrate competitive insights into strategic planning and decision-making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external industry contacts
  • Travel to various markets, as required performing both competitor and in-store visits
  • Proactively identify and assess potential threats and opportunities in the competitive landscape
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the wireless industry and competitive intelligence methodologies
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, sales or a related field within the wireless industry


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of the wireless industry, including products, services, technologies, and competitive dynamics.
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and analysis, and synthesize data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides and other presentation software.
  • Experience in marketing and/or sales within the wireless industry is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Must reside near a major metropolitan area

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
