Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Onboarding Program Manager will lead our enterprise wide onboarding program. This person will cultivate a world class onboarding experience for our newly hired employees from the date of hire through their first 60 days. This includes planning and developing both existing and new orientation offerings, as well as analyzing program needs to continuously improve. The role is responsible for project managing the onboarding program, and setting goals and objectives for the program.

Successful candidates will have proven experience in program management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes and cross-functionally. This role will require project management, organizational, and communication skills.This will include partnering with broader teams within the company to incorporate their portions of curriculum and to help guide the delivery to ensure it meets company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as subject matter expert to provide research, thought leadership, best practices, and trends around onboarding programs
  • Design and develop new program features such onboarding tracks for various levels (exec, manager, recent graduate, etc) as well as programs to enhance experience over the first 60 days
  • Design training tools and provide education to key stakeholders to support the onboarding process
  • Conduct analysis and summarize trends on program outcomes for leadership and enable storytelling of program success
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientation at our corporate headquarters
  • Oversee key program elements such as program consistency across locations, use of technology to enable the program, and monitor program survey results
  • Lead the internal communication efforts around marketing of programs and create/maintain program collateral
  • Serve as a resource and consultant to other COEs, HR business partners, and business leaders
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to develop learning resources to support new employees as needed
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years in a project, program, or delivery management role; experience with onboarding programs are preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Requires excellent leadership, relationship building, project management, communication and presentation abilities, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience with change management
  • Strong influential and consulting capabilities; effectively builds strong relationships, and responds to and interacts with all levels of organizational staff with targeted, practical solutions to business challenges
  • Adept at handling multiple competing priorities and duties in an ambiguous fast-paced, result-driven, time-critical, rapidly-changing environment with minimal daily oversight; able to work independently and as a member of a broader team
  • Proficiency in Google Suite of tools, HIVE or other project management tools
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data and use it to drive decisions and determine actionable outcomes
  • Preferred prior experience facilitating to an audience

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year
