Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Manager of Creative Studio Production to lead the end-to-end development, production, editing, and motion design of premium video content across brand campaigns, events, and experiences. This role blends creative leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on expertise in video production, motion design, and animation to craft impactful brand storytelling that resonates with audiences.
You will bring extensive experience in brand filmmaking, commercial production, post-production workflows, and animation, alongside a passion for elevating video content through motion design. Reporting to the Head of Creative, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of designers, copywriters, strategists, and event partners to deliver world-class video content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead creative development for video content across campaigns, social media, events, and go-to-market initiatives, incorporating motion design and animation.
- Collaborate to translate strategies into premium video deliverables that enhance audience engagement.
- Oversee production from concept to completion, including planning, filming, editing, and animation.
- Execute hands-on video editing and motion design to create visually compelling content aligned with business objectives.
- Manage studio facilities, equipment, and workflows to optimize production processes.
- Mentor teams and foster collaboration to nurture creativity and ensure seamless execution.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in video production, editing, motion design, and animation for leading brands or agencies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of integrating motion graphics and animation into campaigns, events, and social content.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and animation tools like Cinema 4D; familiar with GSuite, Figma, and advanced motion design software
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand storytelling, video editing, motion design, and animation expertise
- Skilled at pitching and executing innovative ideas informed by cultural trends and audience insights
- Effective leader and mentor, fostering collaboration across teams and driving creative innovation
- Experienced in co-creation, design thinking, and solving creative challenges with a business-savvy approach
- Adept at managing multiple productions and animation projects simultaneously with efficiency and focus

Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
