Job Duties and Responsibilities

You will provide accounting support for the Director of Finance including monitoring of PL and BS accounts, managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, completing month-end closing processes and providing general accounting support to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Accounts Payable function, including vendor onboarding, preparation and management of POs, submitting invoices for payment, and managing vendor communications
  • Support the Accounts Receivable function, including issuing invoices, monitoring AR aging, following up on collections, and reconciling account status
  • Assist with inventory accounting and management
  • Assist with month-end-closing & reporting
  • Assist with distributor sales commissions calculations and reporting
  • Analyze monthly cost trends and PL and BS variances
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • 0-3 years of experience in accounting (public/private), financial analysis or related field


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of US GAAP accounting
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & other advanced tools) to manage large volumes of financial data
  • Excellent oral, written, and computational skills and a sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to work in and be comfortable with a fast-paced environment and manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Experience with Oracle (not required)
  • CPA license or Exam completed (not required)


This is an onsite position, located at our El Segundo Office.

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,623.00/Year - $103,730.00/Year

The base pay range provided is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies. Compensation is also based on the role's location and may change depending on the work location. Candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check. The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days and will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
